Over the years, this farm has been the site of many cherished Neltner family events, including a wedding or two. And now it can be the perfect backdrop for your special day. Nestled in the Kentucky hills of Camp Springs, Neltner’s Farm provides a pastoral beauty that’s only 20 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. Your event can be custom-designed around our rustic buildings, bridges and fields to create a unique and unforgettable experience.

Friday/Sunday Rental $2,800

Rental Includes:

  • At Neltner's Farm, we work hard to ensure that your event goes off without a hitch — you’ll enjoy the same level of care that we put into our own events and family functions. Everyone here strives to provide the highest-quality services and the highest attention to detail.
  • We will work to meet your individualized needs. A staff member will be available to whole day and we’ll direct parking, ensure all farm facilities are picturesque during your event, address any last-minute needs and more!
  • Beautiful settings for your wedding and photos.
  • Choice of three ceremony locations with a picturesque scenery.
  • Electricity, water, and restroom facilities are provided.
  • Multiple barn areas for different event setups or activities. 
  • Lounge Area for the wedding party to relax and prep prior to your event.
  • Access to venue prior to event for a rehearsal. 
  • Show your unbreakable love with our Forever Wheel and Love Locks.

Matthias Loft $450

A beautifully restored 1865 loft above Camp Springs Tavern with hardwood floors, brick and historical features. A single day rental that offers stunning light and texture for wedding preparation and photography. Located across the street from Neltner's Farm. View Photos


Matthias Rehearsal Space $275

The perfect area for your rehearsal dinner. Across the street from the farm you can Caterer in food for your guest and enjoy a fully rustic restored space. Includes: Full Bathroom, Serving Area, Large Dining Room & Sitting Room. Smoke Free. You will have access to the space for up to 5 hour time frame, closes at 11pm.


Matthias Package One $575

Enjoy all that our Matthias Loft & Rehearsal Space has to offer. You will have access to the Rehearsal Space for up to 5 hours the night of your rehearsal. Close at 11pm. On your wedding day you will be able to prep and relax in the Loft. Loft access is from 9am - Midnight.


Matthias Package 2 $650

Add to your big day with our Matthias Loft & Rehearsal Space. You will have access to the Rehearsal Space and the Loft on your wedding day so you will be able to prep and relax. Access is from 9am - Midnight.

Cover Wagon Ride $500

You and your wedding party can arrive to your ceremony in the most befitting manner. 



Arrive to your wedding ceremony in the most befitting manner. The ride is available for the bride and groom, as well as for photos. 


1953 Plymouth $350

Arrive to your ceremony in a truly unique way with our 1953 Plymouth Cranbrook. Our staff will drive the vehicle and offer it for photos before and after the ceremony. Vehicle will be availble for 2.5 hours.


Golf Cart Shuttle $200

Our driver and 6 person golf cart shuttle offers easy transport from the parking lot to the ceremony and/or reception area. We will shuttle your guest throughout your event time.




Stand hand in hand under the perfect rustic arch for your ceremony. We will handle the setup and takedown. 

Cedar ARCH $100

Stand hand in hand under the perfect cedar arch for your ceremony. We will handle the setup and takedown. 6ft by 8ft (flowers not included)


White Arch $100

Stand hand in hand under the perfect white arch for your ceremony. We will handle the setup and takedown. 



Nothing sets the mood and adds extra warmth like a campfire. You can even bring s'mores for your guests! 

Patio Heater $100

Set the mood and some extra warmth with our torch heater.

Straw Couch $35

Set up a comfy couch for you and your guest to relax during your event.

Large Drink Tub $35

The perfect choice to keep drinks cold and accessible for all of your guest or for the bartenders to serve from. We have two 123 gallon tubs. 


The perfect option for ice and drinks. Putting the finishing touch to any farm event. Holds up to 6 cases.


Antique Farm Tables $25 each

We have the perfect antique farm tables for your cake, gifts or any other special need you may have for your event. It is sure to put the finishing touches on special event. We have three different tables to pick from.


STRAW Seating $15 a row

Straw bales and rustic barn wood is ideal for seating. It's the perfect touch for your outdoor event, and we’ll be happy to handle the setup and takedown. Each row holds on average 10 people.



Need a table or two for your event? We have sixteen 12-foot rectangular tables that are custom-decorated with a unique farm-themed design. Each holds an average of 10-12 people each. These beautiful tables are perfect for dinner, for your cake, for collecting gifts or other items. We’ll handle setup and takedown. Chairs not included. View Photos


Picnic Tables $12 EACH

We have fifteen 6-foot rectangular picnic tables. They are great for up to 6-8 guests each. We’ll handle setup and takedown.
